Methodology Specialist - R&D

Summary:

Search for & develop all related methodology department activities including: analytical test methods of new & current product for stability & quality control departments & methods for production’s machines cleaning analytical tests.

Job requirements:

1-      Search for & develop methods of analysis for all new products, in-process products & production’s machines cleaning validation & guarantee its compliance with GMP, pharmacopeia, quality, related standards…etc.

2-      Follow up & check the consumption for Chemicals, glasses…etc. to maintain accurate lab inventories.

3-      Identify & troubleshooting equipment & software problems.

4-      Assist in equipment & instruments calibration & maintenance to ensure the accuracy of testing & results while complying with related specifications & SOPs.

5-      Document & record all related analysis, reports & results to be communicated to R&D documentation department.

6-      Monitor production’s machines cleaning tests to ensure accurate results.

7-      Organize all materials related to references standards & ensure they are safely stored in the required conditions.

8-      Coordinate & effectively execute CAPAs while ensuring on time implementation.

9-      Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding department function updates, prepare presentations and develop surveys as per superior instruction and work needs to ensure effective & accurate updated records.

10-   Prepare, maintain & develop policies and procedures concerning methodology department aligned with company & corporate. Attend internal & external audits and perform retainable archiving for documents, applied forms and SOPs to guarantee effective, continuous improvement of department activities and compliance with performance standards.

11-   Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science Only

1-3 years of experience in related functions, Preferred Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG
