Supply Planning Specialist

Summary:

Planning for all related (Raw and Packaging) Material Planning activities to ensure all materials needed for production are available on time & guarantee effective & sustainable work flow of production Process.

Job requirements:

Validating system required requisitions and opening raw and packaging material purchase requests accordingly on time.

Coordinating any tolling activity for/in the company from planning perspective, and following up on production schedules and ensuring that needed materials are available on time.

Focuses on optimizing raw and pack materials stock levels through escalating to Supply planning manager any slow or dead stocks, liquidation plans, near expiry items to take necessary actions.

Follows up with purchasing team to ensure on time delivery of raw and packaging materials required to fulfill production plan, and escalation when facing repetitive issues with certain suppliers.

Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding all function updates, prepare presentations and develop surveys as per superior instruction and work needs to ensure effective, accurate updated records. Calculating material requirements for packaging material

 Open requisitions for all needed packaging items

Follow up with all open orders with suppliers regarding supply, payment and final release

Register invoice no. on system and forward to finance department

Handling rejected materials and negotiating supplier for revert back and replacement.
